About Me
Hello! I'm Hala Hashweh
I’m a concept artist and illustrator focused on visual development for games and immersive storytelling.
My work explores character, environment, props, and narrative design, with an emphasis on creating visually compelling worlds that resonate with audiences.
I’m currently developing my skills through SCAD and independent projects, building a portfolio centered on entertainment design—particularly in video games and cinematic storytelling. Alongside my personal work, I take on leadership roles in creative spaces, helping guide collaborative projects and contribute to group-driven visual outcomes.
My artistic interests span character design, environment and prop ideation, and stylized realism, with inspiration drawn from both animation and AAA game pipelines. I’m especially interested in how strong visual direction shapes player experience and emotional engagement.
As I grow, I’m actively seeking opportunities to contribute to creative teams where I can learn from industry professionals, refine my process, and push my work toward production-level quality.
Long-term, I aim to work in visual development and concept art within studios like Sony or Naughty Dog, contributing to projects that blend storytelling, design, and immersive worldbuilding.
